How do I rate my Warranty company if I’ve already started or completed a rating?

If you have started a rating:

• Log into Canada.RateYourBuilder.com.
• Click “Complete Survey” for the builder/community you need to rate.
• If you are still at the beginning of the survey, you can simply continue with the survey. If you have reached questions regarding the time period after your home closing, click the “Previous” button at the bottom of the page until you reach the page asking which warranty company you used. This will not erase your previous answers.
• Answer all applicable questions and then “Next” until you finish the survey.

If you have completed a rating:

• Log into Canada.RateYourBuilder.com.
• Click on “Completed Ratings” tab.
• Click on “Update Ratings” for the builder/community you need to update. This will open up your completed survey.
• Click the “Edit Ratings" button. You will be brought to the beginning of the survey but this will not erase your previous answers.
• Answer all applicable questions and then “Next” until you finish the survey.
