Worst builder in Barrie?

Workmanship and materials were bottom-of-the-line. Brick only halfway up the outside of their houses (aluminum siding above that) should have been my first clue that Reid's is a cut-rate builder. Head staff could not get their stories straight or meet a deadline. LOTS of careless mistakes in construction, many of them serious. Upgrades are necessary but expensive. If all you're looking for is a bare-bones, cookie-cutter subdivision house, you've come to the right builder, but if you care about workmanship, try Grandview, which is building in the same subdivision.

I AM VERY DISATISFIED WITH THE BUILDER, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BUILD HOUSE WITH THEM. THEY REALLY PUT YOU THROUGH UNNESSARY STRESS AND THEY DONT PREACH WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR REIDUPTOWN DVD THEY GIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS TO WATCH.THEY NEVER STAND BY WHAT THEY SAY ,ALWAYS DO A THROUGH CHECK ON THE BUILDER BEFORE YOU BUILD WITH THEM. TALK TO THE HOME OWNERS WHO HAVE BUILT WITH THEM ,MOSTLY ALL OF THEM WILL TELL YOU THEIR HORROR STORIES.
