Very Disappointed

This builder (Pittao Homes Inc. (1992)) did not follow the plans for the custom home they had drawn up. They cut major details out to cut costs. They would not repair these major deficiencies. They were way over their estimated closing date for completion. They were very pleasant to deal with until they got my deposit, then they didn't care at all. The sales agent was very nice, it was the builder (Lena Pittao)that was the problem. They completely refused to even try and solve the problems and would not return my deposit. I can only advise anyone to stay away from dealing with this builder.
