Comments:
This builder uses the cheapest non-unionized labour possible. It has been more than one year since I took possession of my house. I am still finding new problems everyday. I still don't have grading or sodding, the builder likes to drive their "Loadall" trucks about 1 inch from my foundation wall. I have had a leak in the exhaust vent in my roof, a breakthrough in my roof, a damaged engineer truss, two structural diagonal cracks in my basement (plus 4 regular foundation cracks), water penetrating into my second floor, rear and front corner of my house crack from construction on adjoining lots, joist hanger missing, floors out of level, wall out of level, mosquitoes in sump pump, paint cracking and peeling.... and many many more problems. I am waiting for the builder to inflict more damage while they are building on an adjoining lot... and then I was take legal action against them. If this is the experience you want when buying your new home.... then buy from this builder.
