Bayview Wellington is NOT to be trusted from SALES to SITE to HEAD OFFICE

Our home was delayed by 8 months with not even an apology after they knew we sold our home based on their closing dates. Then they put the WRONG brick on the house after we repeated told them it was wring BEFORE it was put up. We lived in a century home before and this BRAND new 6 month old home is draftier and less insulated - but I don't have a way to check to find all the missing insulation. The floors squeak. The site supervisor is RUDE and makes false commitments. The sales staff blames everyone from ALDO in head office to Don - the site supervisor. This whole company constantly shifts blame and passes the buck from one area to another so nothing gets resolved. But they are wonderful BEFORE you sign the contract until they screw up then they turn nasty. EVERY neighbour has had a similar or WORSE experience. Some of our friends were thinking of moving in - I told them to look elsewhere or buy a resale in the neighbourhood.
