Comments:

They had to replace the kitchen counter 4 times, vinyl sidings 3 times, ceilings mudded twice (still look awful), 2 roofs (2nd one is still leaking), rusty nails in front porch...dealing with this builder has been a terrible experience. Tarion Warranty people were equally as bad (they are all for the builder). Their standards are so low that any work done by contractors is acceptable.
