Quite unhappy with the builder in general. Once we handed over our money the level of customer support has fallen. Promises made by the salesman weren't kept. Anytime you try to get a problem resolved they shuffle you from one person to another so you never deal with the same person twice and the that way They can always say " I'll look into it and get back to you......" Its really too bad. They built beautiful homes and great community all they needed to do was follow through by building a quality home.
