Who cares ... we got your money!
Before you sign anything with these people, get an agreement in writing about your grading, especially if you're disabled. If there is a major problem after the fact, they won't let you out of the agreement nor do they compensate you or help you. I should know ...

same story...different street
We have purchased several new homes, we understand things are not perfect... but if a house could be a lemon we are living in it. The customer service is simply non existent... Every thing seems to be the homeowners responsibility to fix... not them. I have not run into any, other home owner, with out comparing notes on how bad the customer care is. I guess we will always be a close nit community 'cause we will always have a topic of conversation... our lemons

The WORST builder EVER!!!!
- as soon as the paper were sighed it was liek we didnt exist - had to call and call and call to get anything done - when we did get a hold of someone they would day they would take care of it and we would not hear back at all -
