The entire process was a disaster. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a home from them.. Staff were unwilling to communicate when questions and concerns were raised. The situation deteriorated to the point where the sales office was completely unable to manage the work, so the home office in Wingham took over the project. From that point on, the home office and the sales office each blamed the other for the delays and the construction problems. Incompetent sub-trades were hired on to try to finish work that was months behind schedule. The basement floor had to be repaired twice. Supporting columns in the basement were all placed incorrectly, and had to be re-done twice. The roof was never vented properly, which resulted in a buid-up of 8 to 10 inches of ice on the eavestroughs in the winter before it was recognized that there was a problem with the roof. Water ran down the walls in the bedroom and in the great room when the snow melted in the spring, damaging the drywall and the carpets. Builder said that these things had never happened before.
