Comments:
We are pleased with our new home built by Diamond Homes by Davis, however, we have felt frustrated with getting "little" things, drywall repairs and finishing items, done on follow-up. Realizing of course that he and his team are very busy, however, they need to realistically look at their resources and improve on the follow-up time. Tarion is of little or no assistance for things that are not structural in nature.

This builder took all our money plus and left us in a real mess of disgraceful workmanship. Two years later we are still fighting for thousands of dollars so we can finish our house. Our septic system failed twice and is now being redone for the third time , our entire heating system has to be replaced,bricks and mortor on front of house all different colours and shades,plumbing a mess and many repairs needed to inside house. We are now persuing a lawsuit to recover the additional costs that they refuse to warrant even tho they are aware of other repairs that are needed. We have been waiting for two years for warrenty co. to reimburse us so we can move on and in the meantime the builder has moved on and is building 140 more new homes in Frankford Ontario To this date we have had tons of paer exchange and hours of consultation but still waitng for the money on the things that were warranted moths ago. Beware of this builder
