It's 18 month now and still not finished

No matter who we talked to at Homes By Avi, nobody ever gives you a dateline. All they ever tell you is why they cannot complete a job in a timely fashion. They always blame the contractors or employees that aren't with them anymore. Utimately the people in charge that hired the employees and contractors are still there and they are to blame for hiring the wrong people and causing delays.
