Willow Beach
Typar housewrap was installed wrong and against code. Builder constantly deflecting the issue and aggressively tries to talk his way out of the issue at hand. As a result of Typar housewrap not being installed as per manufacturer's specs and against Code, our new home is full of mold, and we have major moisture and water seapage in basement! We are FED UP with no results and are now seeking legal counsel to file lawsuit against municipality of Georgina for its negligence in inspecting home properly, while it was being built, and against the builder for damages and cost to repair!

Under tremendous stress!
Absolutely NO after-sale service from this builder! Lies about set dates for outstanding items and after 6 months, my home is STILL not complete, even though builder has been paid IN FULL for this home! Would not recommend this builder to my worst enemy! Very upset with this builder; to the point I literally stay up at night because I can't sleep as a result of the stress! 90% of items from my 30-day Tarion list have not even been addressed yet, leading to an upcoming conciliation with Tarion. Hopefully, Tarion will force this builder to address and complete the construction of this home.
