An amazing low stress experience. Vince and his crew took care of it all. We were very satisfied and pleased with the professionalism and pride in workmanship. We would definitely recommend Affinity to all our friends and family.

Great experience
I have built in the past and the experience that I had with Affinity Custom Homes was the best ever. This we will do again with Affinity Custom Homes on our next home in a few year. Thank you Affinity for making this a great experience!!!!!

If you want quality and reliabilty, Vince is the builder for you.
I have recommended this bulider to many friends and acquaintances, most of them are in the process of building or designing a home with Affinity Custom Homes. Vince Russo was very thorough and extremely flexible when it came to changes in our initial plan. The quality of our home is without a doubt, sound and comparable to other builders. Our friends who had their homes built by other contractors always comment on aspects of our home that stand out in terms of quality. If you want to make a house your home, Vince is there every step of the way to ensure all plans go as scheduled. If I were to build again, I would choose Affinity Custom Homes.

AWEFUL!!! Doesn't listen to customer needs... before signing the deal, they always answered our calls... i can never get a hold of them now. Very irresponsible.. many issues with the house... will never take the blame for any problems... will never recommend! should not be a builder!!!!

In this community, homes were all custom built. While not luxury homes, they were for higher income families. It was a terrible experience with this builder.

Affinity Custom Homes owner is Vince Russo, a smaller contractor ? he built a custom home on our land ? Affinity committed a number of blunders, but also used sub-standard materials and labor ? contrary to his ?quality assurances? and our written specifications we realized that we were being deceived even before the contract was signed ? Affinity responded with defiance to our list of complaints
