Duri Construction was unable and unwilling to install our custom Ducana windows and doors as per Ducana instructions and as per the to common installation practices of The Siding and Window Dealers Association of Canada, Canadian Window and Door Manufactures Association and the instructions posted on the Natural Resources Canada website (http://oee.nrcan.gc.ca). There are no shims around our windows. No insulation underneath any window. No silicon/ caulking under any doorframe. All exterior doors leak when it rains. Our house does not sit square on its foundation. Duri Construction also made alterations to our house that were not agreed to verbally or in writing, as per the contractors' authored contract.
