All that is required is for Tarion to hold Faas Construction to as stated in your correspondence at 2 different times to Faas Construction “to repair or otherwise correct”. That is what Tarion said please honour your word and hold Faas Construction accountable to your instructions not to mention our concern for good business practise That is all that it takes and we will go away no gimmicks no coming back.
