Purchasing a Finoro Home

My husband and I currenlty live in a Finoro Home that is 5 years old and we are looking to up size. Our first experience with Finoro Homes was excellent and I would refer them to anyone. They have a large selection of plans which make it easy and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will buy a Finoro Home again and agian.

Compared to large mass produced builders and their cookie-cutter homes, Finoro's designs are much welcomed and the attention to finishes and details is second to none. Flexibility to make changes to original plans is a concept more builders should embrace. Quality of finished product is above average. All said and done, for the quality of the product, a second purchase would not be a hesitation. That said our whole personal experience is marred and rendered totally unpleasant, over personal dealings with the builder. The builder's team made a severe oversight on foundation excavation and pouring, whereupon the nonchalant attitude displayed by the builder in arriving at an amiacable solution and admitting where fault and responsibility lay, was disheartening to say the least. The concept of customer service was lost on this organization for an erroneous decision totally within their control. Whilst the builders realtors were pleasant and courteous they were ill-informed and of little use or guidance in the purchase process.
