Builder Incompetence and Tarion uselessness

There is not enough room. The houses that he showed us as representative of his work were done far better than ours. He has since been caught in so many lies, I can't count them all. We should have fired him early in the project, but we were told to hang on because of the Tarion Warranty. What a joke. All I want is my house fixed, so we don't have more health problems, but no one seems to want to listen or help us. I also cannot understand how the builder can sleep at night with all the lies he has told. He gets you to trust him with his nice old man act, then lies through his teeth. I feel sorry for other people who have had houses built by him, wondering how many other issues have been missed.
