they lied to the city about the selling features ,sold us finished basements with bedrooms downstairs in basement,city told the builder the windows are too small for bed rooms in basement ,then builder changed the name of the room to DEN /lied to me on questioning about gas lines they told me the copper gas line was in the wall , no gas line existed at all/charged me for water softener rough ins and gas lines for fireplaces,not installed,had to threaten builder with law suit/finally got my money back/dry wall problems not repaired/furnace is on bricks because the drain is under the furnace/heating vents not properly placed on floor ,at first there wasnt enough insulation in attic ,tarion told builder to repair drywall tape peeling,they tried but it keeps on peeling and opening every winter and the builder said because i spoke with tarion he isnt coming back that he is through with me,so with this comment i am currently in the process with my MPP D LEVAC in trying to get my money returned for a warranty i think is useless,and forced to purchase by the ontario government,which protects the builder rather than the buyer
