Liars and cheats. What they didn't do wrong they tried scheming money for. Things that were agreed upon (e.g. free upgrades, etc..,) they tried to bill us for later. The extremely poor workmanship and lack of supervision were the biggest issues we had. The builder was soaking it for the money and was taking every shortcut possible, never could contact him either. If I were to buy another home I wouldn't buy from Sunlight even if they had a 50% off sale.

An individual home - see all (1) ratings.
The biggest problem here is that the Warranty Program for our area is not looking out for the consumer but rather the builder thus allowing bad builder(s) to do what they want.
