Community Review
An individual home - see all (1) ratings.
Good sales people. Finished the house on time. Poor workmanship. Poor quality repairs. Quality of the hosue built and doing proper repairs are most important to me and since I am not satisfied with these 2 items, I personally will not buy another house from them.

Be prepared to spend lots of time and frustration getting this builder to communicate and address problems! Be prepared to bring Tarion into the equation.... and be prepared to spend your own money to prove to both the builder and Tarion that you actually have a valid and serious problem with the construction of your new home!
