Don't buy from Losani Homes
We bought the house because we like the house. Now we absolutely despise the building company. They took our first-home-buying experience and turned it into a nightmare. Our closing was delayed, and delayed, and since we haven't closed yet, and it looks like there's NO WAY they can finish it on time, we suspect it will be delayed again. There has been absolutely no communication from them - the only way we find out our closing is delayed is because we call them - they never call us. And they don't return phone calls either. The sales reps are never there, and when you do finally get a hold of them, they are snippy and sometimes just rude. We have encouraged everyone we know to never deal with Losani.

Purchased a Losani Home in Country Estates
Our home buying experience was great - from start to finish. The interior designer that helped us with our selections was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She helped us make the proper colour choices and decide on upgrades that suit of lifestyle and budget. Our home closed on time and was in great condition - the representative that walked us through our PDI was very thorough. The items listed on our PDI were very minimal and were completed in time for our 30-Day Review. Our customer service representative has been outstanding and has responded to any of our issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking to relocate to the Hamilton area,

Overall Satisfied with the end result, however getting that was unbearable, from Major mistakes to little ones. The worst thing is the customer service after the home has been built. The timing for these items to be completed are long and to have a phone call returned from the customer service dept well only happens if you call them numerous times. Overall I would recommend this builder for their beautiful homes and their designs, although there customer service is less then desirable you just have to be patient and demanding.
