We had an excellent experience, right from our initial conditional offer through firming up, colour selection and construction. Each person we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and interested in helping us get exactly the house we wanted. The house closed on time and was in excellent condition. There were no deficiencies noted during the PDI. An appt was scheduled for 30Day items within 24 hours of them recieving the form. These items were very minor. I would hesitate to purchase a home from any other builder after buying one from Sunvale.
