Great Home Builder
Great builder, had an easy time with all area's - starting from sales, decor, communication through construction and after sales service. GREAT JOB HIGHCASTLE.

Took 3 yrs to get a heating vent installed. Took 3 yrs to get shoddy brick work repaired. Still have water leak from balcony into front hall. Still waiting for railings on my balcony even after their failed attempt at adding a thick driveway top coat the drop off from balcony to ground level is still 24.10 inches and 24.25 inches. had to submit deficency paper work 14 times, and still had to wait until new home warrenty people contacted the builder before anyone decided to call and discuss the problems...
