Builder Tamlyn Construction, Falcon Ridge Estates, suspended from New Home Warranty Program.
The builder Douglas Tamyn, Tamlyn Construstion, who is also the developer of the land, known as Falcon Ridge Estates, is a fraudulent, dishonest disrepectful person that anyone looking to buy a house should stay away from. Doul;as Tamlyn has misrepresented houses to cause homeowners many problems. Builder has been suspended from Atlantic New Home Warranty for failing to do repairs under the programs guidelines causing the home owner much hardship and expense.

Tamlyn Construction suspended from home warranty program after disrepecting home owners family.
Tamlyn Construction has failed in everyway to resolve the problems with my home. The builder initially totally denied the problems. After engaging the warranty program the builder was forced to address the issues. While the repairs were being made under the direction of the home warranty program the builder used evasive tactics to hide problems, being asked to redo repairs several times. Five months after reporting the problems to the builder he has been suspended from the warranty program for non-performace. The builder caused extreme disruption to home owner and his family. Builder conducted himself in an unprofessional manner and performed substandard repairs. In fact the builder caused further damage costings thousands of dollors to repair, while attempting to repair problems identified under warranty. Workman showed up sporadically and worked infrequently. Doug Tamlyn has disrepected by home and has offended my family.

Tamlyn Construction disappoints home owner and gets suspended from warranty program.
Absolutely no after sales service. My house was rotting infront of my eyse from the builder inappropriately using a weather sheild barrier(blueskin) on the exterior which trapped the moisture between the wall cavities and up against the sheathing. The builder would not address the problem. I had to file a complaint with the warranty program to get any action from the builder. Even then the builder reluctantly attempted to repair the problems. Builder even tried to hide the damage. After 5 months of disruptive, sporatic, unprofessional repairs which caused more damage to my home the builder gets suspended from warranty program. Douglas Tamlyn disrespected my family, provided bogus engineering reports, and lied about the construction of the house.
