Issues with Andrin Homes and multi-user developments.

The builder is not experienced in the style of construction they undertook with this project (rennovation of a factory into lofts) and their lack of experience is evident in the poor quality of the development. As an example the sound proofing of the walls between suites may be appropriate for stand alone home developments but is not appropriate for a multi-user dwelling such as the Kaufman Lofts Development. I can hear every noise of my neighbour including their snoring. I have never experienced this sort of noise issue in other multi-user developments I've occupied.
