Frustrating times with Ashley Oaks

Builder never had a straight answer and always had to come back later for answers, if they did at all. When chosing options on the house, builder did not provide different options, you had to ask and see if different options were available yourself. After the closing, very difficult to get anything fixed or even a phone call back. The workmanship was poor and builder does not feel they have to fix certain issues. During the PDI, representative agrees on many of the issues but when comes time to fix them, delays in returning phone calls. I would not recommend this builder because of constant delays (closing date changed 5 times), phone calls not returned in a timely manner, and poor workmanship.
