Not impressed by north star homes
After speaking with a few new residents, I am appalled at the stories that I was told about this builder and his contractors. I would not put them in the same category as builder and contractor at all. I would just call them greedy rich people taking advantage of the less forunate public. This has been added since I moved in...there are numerous hazards caused by contractors in the area with no care towards having children in the area. Damage caused by other contractors have caused numerous hazard areas. Such as water pipes sticking out of the ground, contractor fencing for danger areas, numerous nails on the streets causing flat tires, work being done without permits....this is a job site not a residential area. Contruction material piled high at stop signs not enabling drivers to see oncoming traffic....very unsafe here but no one cares and no one wanting to do anything about it!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
I would never recommend this builder to anyone. The Customer service representative is not at all prefessional. She would lie straight to your face. Their customer service person is the worst I have ever dealt with.
