An absolutely horrible first home buying experience. The building was delayed almost 2 years and then rushed to be completed. This procrastination is reflected everywhere. Airconditioning and heating systems malfunction, frequent plumbing problems (ie hot water, leaks through walls), elevator breakdowns, leaks in the garage, damaged appliances in the suite, damaged cabinets, malfunctioning smoke detectors, cracked walls, extremely poor noise filtration from the exterior and interior of the building...I really could go on and on. Despite the almost 2 year delay, the facilities building (gym, pool etc) are still nowhere near completion. To all potential buyers, PLEASE do your research before providing your first downpayment. Once they have your funds, get ready to be exploited.
