This builder keeps hiding behind TARION regulations. 5 months after moving in, less that 1/2 of the deficiencies have been repaired. One of my support walls on a lower floor is now buckling. I can't even get them to look at it. Their painters watered down the paint because I went out and bought the exact paint from the manufacturer to touch up and it's 2X as dark as the paint on the walls. Urbancorp's customer service is basically non existent and in no way works for the purchaser. Basically we're ;iving in a very expensive dump. There are so many things wrong with this house, I couldn't sell it if I wanted to.

the builder changed their Pre-inspection date and move-in date after confirming it and asked me to inspect and move the same day...only 4 days before I was originally scheduled to move. drywall and flooring done poorly. The builder also refused to do an upgrade for me because they claimed they had already completed the work...found out later that this very same work was not completed and that was the reason for my delayed PDI and move in date...in other words they out right lied to me...not very good business if you ask me!

Comments:

After finally moving in, it was four months to finish items that should have been completed prior to my move. The customer representative would respond only after all avenues of communication were used, and even then would make you feel like they were doing us a favour replacing/repairing items. Things were damaged, missing, broken,uneven and stained the day of the PD inspection-buying from this builder was an absolute nightmare and by doing so has put buying new in a different light.

Their customer service was very difficult to reach and the quality of their workmanship turned out to be very poor. It was a bad experience for a first time home buyer.
