I found that the site foreman was great, but the head office gave me the run around for a long time. Our initial move in date was jan 2004, and there wasn't even a hole in the ground for that date. then we had windown problems where we had ice forming on the inside of the window. The builder refused to admit to faulty windows. After many phone calls, I had then remove the window trim and sure enough there were loads of drafts, which means the windows were NOT properly insulated. Believe it or not, they still did not take responsibility for their errors.

I felt like a babysitter during the entire time my home was being built. Very poor workmanship and quality. They will cut corners in every way they can!

I just love my new home in Brooklin. Cachet's homes are really appealing and the workmanship is great. Very good value.
