High end, high price, great location but abysmal service

After 15 months, we still have no grass in the back yard. Every week, there is a new excuse, every week another disappointment. This builder should be ashamed. The house is generally well designed and solid, however, anywhere and everywhere that the cheapest materials and the lowest standards of workmanship could be used, they were. The most frustrating aspect of this builder is the total disregard for communications with homeowners who have legitimate concerns - they treat us like we don't exist. Numerous site supervisors have come and gone - each one with his own set of "say anything to keep them quiet" excuses. By far the worst builder we have ever dealt with.
