Dissatisfied with Queensgate
The after care site foreman did not look closely at items that needed repair, he dismissed several items. The customer service manager at head office did not return phone calls and when he did, he appeared accommodating over the phone but never followed through with anything that he said. We went to conciliation (for issues that should have been resolved months prior) and the builder rep (customer service manager) looked at his watch the entire time...made our issues seem insignificant. I am very disappointed in Queensgate's overall customer service and based on this, I would not recommend a Queensgate home to anyone...Not to mention the fact that they are only concerned with meeting the minimum building code requirements rather than keeping customers satisfied.

Experience as a first time hombuyer with this builder was great. Love the style and work done on the home and would definately buy from this builder in the future.
