Stay very far away!!!!!!

We feel we have had more then our fair share of problems to which the builder agrees, but still we are waiting to have the problems fixed 17 mons after moving in. We feel this builder drags their feet to fix anything and makes you feel like you know nothing about building homes and repairs. After moving in we have heard many other bad stories about the same builder. We are sick and tired of the patch work repairs and the length of time it takes to get anything resolved. We can not stress enough STAY AWAY!!!!!

i thought buying a new home would be a good experience; not with this builder! very unhappy with the workmanship and do not reccomend this builder to any new home buyers.

I would not consider purchasing a home from this builder. Our home is now a year old and we have had re-occuring roof leaks for six months. The builder has not fixed the problem! Their customer service is poor, only after you close of course! They failed to show up for our year-end walk through. When I called to complain, they insisted that they were there and that I was making it up! Please, save yourself the hassel and stay away from this builder. My neighbours have had similar experiences.
