Builder representative misrepresented features etc. During the construction process, we were treated with total disrespect and rudeness. Upon delivery, the home was turned over to us in a completely disgusting manner. It was a Friday and the builder offered as the only excuse, "forgot to schedule the cleaners" and no offer of any assistance was put forward. The place was a shambles with 'construction debris' including bannana peels all over the main floor. The builder has been very slow to remedy deficiencies and some after many attempts are still not completed. We (as well as a few neighbours) are still experiencing water leaks during rain storms into the living room area - after at least 6 attempts to remedy)
