I would most definitely highly recommend Daytona to anyone! They have been fabulous and their after warranty service has been wonderful. After our warranty time frame, all trades contacted us to fix deficiencies within the week. It's been a great experience.

Overall, we feel that we have a very well built house however we had ALOT of issues with inexperienced sales staff, we didn't know the sales person was inexperienced at the time. Make sure that you have everything in writing verified by their office. Otherwise they built a solid house.

Overall we are not that satisfied with Daytona Homes. We have been in our home just over 3 years and we are still finding deficiencies with our house. We feel that they did a poor finishing job on our home and feel that the work could have been better.

Building with Daytona was a very positive experience. I was extremely paranoid and skeptical at the beginning of the whole home-building process. They were very professional, courteous and fantastic to deal with. They even had our house completed one day early. The only deficiencies we had to report at the end of the first year was a small crack in one of the window casings and a bedroom door that wouldn't fully close. After I notified Daytona about the problem both issues were fixed the following week. I had 3 other friends building new homes at the exact same time. The four of us would regulary sit down and compare stories. My experience with Daytona turned out to be the best. I guess my only complaint against Daytona is that they wouldn't let me bring in a 3rd party independant home inspector during the various stages of the build. On the other hand, they were very willing and completely happy to let me come by every day and tour the house myself. Overall I'd have to give Daytona 2 thumbs up! I am a very satisfied customer.
