Overall, our home did not have any major problems. Most of the items on our 1 year warranty list are comestic items relating to cracks in walls and around window frames. During the construction, I noted several items that the building overlooked. For example, they had forgotten to connect a supply and return duct to a room. They installed the wrong doorknobs. They forgot to reinforce the floor joists since we upgraded to tiles. However, after I mentioned all this, they fixed it all. I am satisfied with our builder.

We were very disappointed with our Madison Home. Firstly, we were delayed 4 months! We came by to view our house in the making a few times a week. When the first initial structure of the house was going up it had holes all over the place which were never repaired and just covered by brick. Our home was suppose to have a cathedral ceiling in one of the bedrooms and we didnt get it. Our home was suppose to have a 2 step landing, which didnt. We moved in with no eaves and about a list of approximately 50 things to get done. I could write a novel on the poor quality of home that Madison has built. Put it this way, our home has just sold and we will never buy from Madison Homes again.

I love my Madison Home. This is the second Madison Home that I've bought. My first one was at Upcountry Unionville and this was is at Greensborough. The people are great and very helpful all the way through the process, from sales to customer service.

Generally very satisfied with this builder in the Greensborough development. Were very responsive to any problems. Would recommend.
