I have been in my home for 5 years and overall I am pleased with my purchase. In my opinion their homes in our neighborhood are visually much more attractive than the other builders. Generally construction and after sales service was reasonably good. One thing I did not like was they held onto my grade deposit for 4 years. When the municipalilty allowed them to release this, they did not notify me The onus was on me to chase after them for it. Overall, I would buy from them again.
