Listraor not living up to promises! Be careful!
I and many other owners can not get deficiencies completed-builder is ignoring owners. Builder did not file for the home-owners grant and everyone who bought in this complex (and himself - Craig Rowland) lost money as a result. A resident even pointed this out to him at a meeting but he still didn't do it. Be careful with Listraor!
Builder Response December 19, 2008:
This is all incorrect. All deficiencies have been addressed. In fact, we completed additional landscape work which was not a warrantable deficiency. Homeowner grants are related to property taxes and must be applied for by the home owner. They have nothing to do with the developer.
