Our home was built 5 years ago and we're still very happy! If we ever build again,they will be our first choice. We only wish they would have better lots available!

We enjoyed our New Pidel home. Our home was a semi-detached and after moving in we started hearing things from next door, TV, vacuum cleaner running, people walking up and down stairs, etc. We contacted the builder and he did not even give us the benefit of a visit to see what we were talking about. Both ourselves, and our adjoining neighbours wrote a letter to Pidel Homes Ltd. We both got a reply stating that the house was built according to code. We made contact a couple of times after that but without satisfaction. The orginal owners on the other side have sold and moved, and now we have sold and building with a different builder. One that hopefully take complaints and fix them

This was my second time building a house and the experience was wonderful. They made changes very easily, and were upfront about all costs, including upgrades. I don't think I would buy a home from another builder again.
