House was 9 months late. shoddy workmanship. roof leaked twice and they fixed it. parquet floor squeaks after only one year and has splits. some doors doors cracking. I paid extra for a 'pot light rough in', yet the design centre nor the site rep could explain what it was. Each one told me to talk to the other. They hired a 'customer service manager' who never returned any phone calls. VERY unresponsive generally.
