Comments:
Why has the project not yet begun? We had a groundbreaking on 7 June 2005. It is now 8 November 2005 and there is no sign of any work being done. We received one letter, dated 29 July, saying that construction would begin the following week. I called their lawyers about a month ago and my call was not returned.

Comments:
As of Spetember 2005, they do not have all their construction permits in place (city of Toronto confirms this) and there is no hole in the ground. They are supposed to deliver by March 2006. Even at full speed, this would never happen. IF you;re thinking of buying, think carefully. If you've bought, good luck.
