nightmere, have lots of proof of unanswered emails and had to use new home warrent an dlawyers. Stay away.

Comments:
Took about 2 years to complete majority of project. House is still not complete and we have gained posession of the house for over a year. Continuously charged for work and materials that were alrady paid for and charged too much for materials (ie: $12/sq.ft. of linoleum!). Always finds excuses to not fix problems. Original problems (ie: holes in the roof - water pours into the house, hideous workmanship of exterior, wrong grade of driveway - water gets into the house...) are still not fixed from posession date. Keep away from Shane Homes!!
