Buying a house from lakeviewhomes was a total regret, the predelivery inspection was when I realized this was a mistake. We were being treated like dirt we were not allowed to ask any questions about the deficiences in the house. The house was dirty and not in move in condition, they told me to clean it myself when I asked if it was going to be cleaned b4 I move in. There was a huge hole in my Jacuzzi tub, I thought it would be replaced but it's being fixed and I am not o.k. with that. When I pay $400,000 for a house I think I deserve some o.k. service. They build beautiful homes but the service was extremely poor, I would not recommend them to anyone. The nice home does not make up for the insults and comments that I received from them.
