1. The sales rep was on Riverside South was incompetent. We could not get the lot we liked. We have got an explanation for that but three month later we understood that that was a lie. 2. They screwed up all the upgrades we asked for. 3. No one monitors the quality and specifications. 4. The only two people who can give you any reasonable answer are Cris and Wendy. The rest are bunch of liars. 5. Their site manager Rick is very unpleasant to deal with. 6. If you do not understand anything in construction then you may be satisfied. 7. Some of their houses have structural defects. 8. The company and its owner treats you like and idiot. 9. I had to recheck the final bill many times becuase they charged for some things twice (they returned the money with no apologies and it is not the end. The is still a difference around $400 but they refused to recheck it. 10. They can not handle upgrades. If they see more then one upgrade they are lost. Bad workmanship. Cracks in foundation causing water problems. Poor quality hardwood & installation. Windows are poor quality. Carpet is of poor quality.
