DON'T BUILD WITH THEM! Get everything in writing! Promises were made and never kept. Surprise "extras" kept coming up and we were given an $8K bill a week prior to moving in. After 2 years in the house we are still waiting for some things to be completed that were to be completed before we moved in. The 2 year warranty doesn't help you at all; they simply tell you that "it isn't covered under warranty" and tell you to contact the home warranty co. which is only valid for one year so the statement is mute. Overall, it was a terible experience and we felt deceived every step of the way. They were also completely unprofessional by not providing proper blueprints and when the house was not built to specification they sytated that the photocopied, hand drawn, blueprint was an "artistic interpretation" which is untrue since a blueprint is what professional builders use to build homes!
