they did not communicate with me @ all . I had to contact them to get status reports. They made costly decisions without getting my approval first, taking thingsabove and beyond my allocated funds. I've been waiting almost 2yrs. to get this settled. They've been paid their money, 1.5yrs. ago. The house is still unfinshed. Having been exposed to the weather all this time, it is ruined!! I'm about to lose everything I've worked for, trying to pay the interest payments on the construction loan from this and still pay my mortage payment on the house I'm still living in, which was supposed to be sold when I moved into my new "dream home" modular home at that! Almost 2 yrs. this has been going on. They've done everything possible to strech this out; waiting for me to go bankrupt. Save yourself the drama and go to someone else for your new home.
