PROS: Good service provided by the builder during the sale and while the house was being built. Closing was on schedule as well. CONS: 1.Poor in returning service calls. 2.Poor quality interiror finishing. Had to have Ceiling, Stairs, Plumbing and cabinets repaired, the floor squeeks till today. I took care of many many other smaller imperfections. 3.Poor quality exterior/structural workmanship. Had qite a few roof shigles blown away in just 2 years, 4 years later Basement walls leak water anythime I water my Lawn, door seals let water in during heavy rain. I am profoundly disappointed with overall workmanship quality of this builder. It very much appears to me that the work was rushed by the contractors and quality was compromised.

Buying experience was excellent, especially for first time home buyer. Things were exactly as we expected them to be, and the minor things that weren't, were fixed quickly. I did have one issue that was not addressed (regarding grading on the side of the house) but it is minor. The only other issue we had was getting access to the area while our house was being built. Tighter security than Fort Knox. Not even for pictures from the outside. Overall, I would consider buying from them again.
