Comments:

The development was advertised at 'adult style retirement living' most of the original purchasers were seniors who sold their homes and downscaled.. now there are families with children in several of the homes ---- not the quiet neighbourhood that was expected.... The plumbing problems in several of the houses have not been addressed. After a delay of over one year, the place is still not completed on the outside.
