A group of architects from a construction family trying to make a quick buck! Numerous problems with house, most of which the builder avoided dealing with until the waruntee was up and then they washed their hands from it. Took/take advantage of buyers, especially first timers. Poor craftsmanship, cracked the foundation of house while doing outside finish work and did a very poor job of repair, installed a tub that did not drain, did not use the appropriate materials and steps to roof - just shingles, no membrane, no soffit etc. Put in a lower R value of insulation then was paid for. Any and all complaints to builder were met with resistance.
