Highland Creek
Overall the builder is average. The attention to detail in finishing work was an area where I found the builder lacking No set time frames were given for any work that needed to be completed. I took an entire month off so that the builder will always have me available to complete and pending work. YEt sometime are still pending without a fixed time frame given.

I would not recommend buying from this builder check out www.thesqueakywheel.com for complaints and explainations why. If you have signed already do your homework and remember you still have a 10 day cooling off period from time of signing a agreement under guidelines of a common element condominium.

I was told by my lawyer in writing not to purchase from the build but I did it anyway. If you are reading this don?t be a fool like me. Get a home from some other builder. If you would like more information check out my website. http://www.thesqueakywheel.com/complaints/2004/NOV/complaint5712.cfm
